Rules and Etiquette

Just a few quick things in case you're new or need things to be specified. We trust that you can use common sense, but just in case.

+ Staff tips and Venue tips are DIFFERENT. If you want to tip a staff member specifically, please feel free to do so, but all staff tips go directly to the staff member. VENUE/BAR tips go towards the venue as a whole, and are not a "personal" tip. Please specify when you give a tip what it is for.+ Obviously, please show respect to everyone, staff and other guests alike. We might be pretty chill and laid back, but if you make someone uncomfortable, you may be removed if requested. This also means, don't be creepy, if asked to stop or back off, listen, etc.+ Yes, this is an RP venue, but you are perfectly allowed to come and chill with us out of character. Just keep in mind that our staff is likely IN CHARACTER, and that in character and out of character are different. We are NOT our characters, even if we may have similarities.+ Yes, it is trades for real gil. We are understanding for those on free trial, and sprouts, but over all, this is a venue that trades both RP, our time, and certain items in exchange for gil.+ We take staff comfort and safety seriously. Any incidents of harassment, stalking, bullying, or otherwise unsavory behavior will result in a single warning, and then a ban/blacklisting from the venue. This especially goes for ERP services.+ For hosting/ERP services, staff by default is to remain in the building. We have private rooms available for use if you want to get away from the crowd (or for the ERP services). Staff is ONLY permitted to leave the premises if said staff member is safe and feels comfortable doing so and management WILL be making sure of such before staff is allowed to leave. Consent is still a thing even in RP, so no means no. (For certain potential kinks and such, discussion can be had, but as a general rule, this is how it works.)+ If you need a place to change, you may ask if you can use a private room, but you must ASK. And let us know which room you are using. We may not mind people exploring some, but it's still incredibly rude to just walk into someone else's private space without at least asking first. And, if we need to make use of one of the rooms, we need to know which rooms are being used. It legitimately takes less than a minute to ask permission. And really, if you ask, we're really chill. So there's no reason to be rude.

Basic Drinks

Tips welcome.(Specialty drinks on another page)Prices listed beneath each individual item. All off menu drinks (basically, RL known, not on this in game menu) are 4000 gil.Bar Buyout:
1 Hour - 1,000,000 gil
Full Night- 4,000,000 gil

Rusty Rivet

A deep colored, rich drink, with a somewhat surprisingly nutty aftertaste, with cinnamon and brown sugar dusted on the rim. Despite the pleasant flavors, this drink is a combination of several liquors, so it's stronger than the taste might suggest.
(In Game, Doman Tea)

7000 Gil

Pixieberry Margarita

This drink's flavor is pretty much what you'd expect, coming from an alcohol made with pixieberry juice, but the flavor is rather strong with this one, since it's made with extra juice on top of the flavored alcohol, so it's rather fruity and sweet, and the smushed ice soaks up the flavor even more, so the taste lingers in your mouth. It's a mid level drink as far as alcohol goes, with cute fruit slices decorating the glass.
(In game, Pixieberry Tea)

7000 Gil

Red/White Wine

(In game, Grape Juice and Orange Juice)

4500 Gil

(( RL known and/or Non mixed alcoholic drinks (straight up) also offered, but by request only.))

Steam Engine

A warm, soft tasting drink, on the creamier side, that will take you by surprise with how strong it is despite the subtle, buttery flavor. With cinnamon dusted bread crumbs around the rim, this drink might remind you a lot of bread and butter pudding.
(In game, Happiness Juice)

6000 Gil

Moondrop Breeze

Despite the rather vivid purple hue, this drink is rather soft, compared to some. Still guaranteed to give you a buzz, but for a gentler night out, this might be just what you're looking for.
(In game, Purple Carrot Juice)

7000 Gil

Honey Pineapple Ale & Brown Sugar Ale

Our specially, hand crafted ales, on tap, only found here at the Clocktower lounge. A smooth, warming ale, light enough to enjoy more than one, but strong enough to give you a buzz, one made with pineapples and honey, and one made with a rich, brown sugar as well as a few other secret ingredients.
(In game, Pineapple Juice)

5000 Gil

Miscellaneous Liquids

We offer various things that can be considered drinkable or consumable outside of the typical bar drinks, including various bloods, pickle juice, dressings, and multiple other things. Said options can also be added to other drinks, for an added fee.
(In game, Various items)

3000 Gil

(In game, chamomile tea)

5000 Gil

Legitimately just a bottle of water.

Specialty Drinks

Tips welcome.Prices listed beneath each individual item. All off menu drinks (basically, RL known, not on this in game menu) are 4000 gil.Bar Buyout:
1 Hour - 1,000,000 gil
Full Night- 4,000,000 gil

Cloudy Chocolate Dream

This is an absolutely DECADENT drink in all honesty. If you've ever wondered what chocolate cake mixed with marshmallow fluff would taste like as an alcoholic drink, this is it right here. Not to mention, the drizzlings of fluff on the sides of the glass, the rich chocolate sauce throughout, the (alcoholic) chocolate shavings, and the toasted marshmallow on top that's still warm, you'll forget you're actually drinking alcohol, because it tastes just like cake.
(In game, Masala Chai)

12000 Gil

Candy Bowl

As the name may suggest, this drink is chock full of both hard and gummy candies. It's basically as if someone made a drink out of a candy bowl and left the candy in it. :P
The fruit flavored hard candies on the bottom slowly mix in with the alcohol, while the gummy candies on the top slowly dissolve, AND provide an immediately sweet snack while you sip on this sugar death of a drink. Keep in mind this IS alcohol, about a mid range for alcoholic content, despite how sugary it tastes.
(In game, Rolanberry Shaved Ice)

11000 Gil

Contamination

The bioluminescent green base to this shot gives off the impression of a toxic spill in otherwise clear water.. With a clear top of blood orange flavored vodka, and a base of a heavy cream mixed with a bioluminescent liquor, it packs a decent little punch.
(In game, Competent Craftsman's Tea)

9000 Gil

Pipeline

For those with a taste for things a bit more on the opposite side of sweet, this drink is exactly that. Mostly bitter, with only a dash of sweet, with a citrusy base. Simple, but packs a punch, so expect a strong dose of flavor.
(In game, Cordial)

9000 Gil

Alchemist’s Martini

A fun little cocktail, if you enjoy sour, since this is a sour apple flavored martini. Expect to pucker up a bit, since this drink is properly sour, instead of some that have just a hint.(In game, Spiritbond potion)

8500 Gil

Body Shots

Want some more excitement? Got a particular staff member or person in mind? Maybe ask for a body shot, and try your drink directly off a hot body instead of that cold glass.Any of our drinks on the menu that can be made into shot form can be chosen for this. Staff with a green tag are usually available for this too, but be sure to ask first! (Not all may have experience or be comfortable with it but many are!) Prices vary based on whether it's done between two guests or a guest and a staff member. (16 for guests, 20 for staff).

16,000-20,000 Gil

Fizz Bomb

We can promise you have never seen this before! Served in a frosted glass, with a base of vodka and club soda, the real fun begins when we drop a 'bomb' into the mix, sending it fizzing up with flavor, AND more alcohol. Doubly potent, since the 'bombs' have a powdered version of even more alcohol in them. Various flavors to pick from, so choose based on color or taste. The 'bombs' come in the shape of crafter's crystals too, so enjoy trying them all! Lemon Yogurt, Banana, Pomegranate, Strawberry-Kiwi, Blueberry, Grape, Pumpkin Spice and Hazelnut.
(In game, Frozen Spirits)

10000 Gil

Ghost Echo

If you've ever wanted to know what it's like, to drink fog, this drink is worth a try. Made with a very specialized machine, creating a thick, heavy mist, rich in aether, that is just barely too light to be a liquid, but close enough to stay inside your glass. Gives a chilling effect, as if you're drinking the ghostly fog in a cemetery at night. And despite how light it tastes, it's shockingly strong. Has a bit of a spiced berry flavor to it. (And yes, it's alcoholic).
(In game, Echo Drops)

9000 Gil

Fever Dream

This shimmering purple liquid will leave you feeling like you're soothed by cool rain and floating in the clouds, both from a decently high alcohol content and from the subtly sweet, but light tasting flavor, that will first send a pleasant shiver down your spine, and then make you feel warm and fuzzy. If you're looking for something strong enough to feel it but not too strong to have to have water after only two of these, this is the drink for you.
(In game, Grade 3 Tincture of Intelligence)

9500 Gil

Flintlock Fury

If you don't have a seriously high tolerance for spicy things, this drink is not recommended for you. A slightly thicker, brilliantly red and orange gradient colored martini, but even the crushed ice in the glass doesn't offset the spiciness. If you're not careful, you might not be able to taste anything but a burning tongue for a week after this. But if you can't get enough spice? This is definitely the drink for you. And of course, it's pretty high in alcohol content too.
(In game, Commanding Craftsman's Draught)

9500 Gil

Spellbound

A vividly neon purple colored drink, with a surprising mix of flavors. A splash of blueberry juice, and blueberry vodka, mixed with a blue mint based alcohol, for a slightly tart and minty flavor, balancing out well with the small splash of lime. It's definitely got a bit of a kick to it, so be prepared for a buzz.
(In game, Super-Potion)

8500 Gil

Afterlife

A layered drink, with a dark, heavy blackberry flavored top layer, and a creamy, vanilla coconut bottom layer. Though it might sound lovely, with those flavors, there's A LOT of alcohol content in this drink, so expect it to hit hard. Might even give you a glimpse of the afterlife..
(In game, Weak Blinding Potion.)

9000 Gil

Time Punk

A vivid, almost hot pink hued drink, that just might make you feel like you're a time traveler on an adventure (slightly hallucinogenic). The secret to the magic is a liquor made from cactus juice and dragon fruit, and mixed together with rhubarb and rosehip liqueur, and rose vodka.
(In game, Watered Cordial.)

9000 Gil

SassyCat Skewers

Healthy, easy to eat meat and veggie skewers, with just a tiny bit of a spicy kick, but not enough to have you asking for milk. Of course, if you want them extra spicy, you need only ask.
(In game, Meat Miq'abobs)

7000 Gil

Spicy Meat Buns

Served with a savory broth to dip them in, you get two, warm bread rolls, filled with rich, flavorful meat, seasoned and soaked in a deeply flavorful and spicy broth before being baked inside the buns, and still dripping with flavor from the first bite.
(In game, Rabbit Pie)

6500 Gil

Crispy Fish and Chips

Delicious, flavorful, crispy battered fish, with fries, and a choice of dipping sauce. Light, but filling and satisfying, and great for a night out at the bar or club.
(In game, Battered Fish)

Small enough for just yourself, but just big enough to share as a sweet little treat.
(In game, Jellied Harcot)

5000 Gil

Sweetcream Taiyaki

Taiyaki with a twist. Instead of red beans, this sweet and salty treat is made with a cinnamon and brown sugar paste, baked into the crust and a sugary cream cheese center that pairs just right.
(In Game, pastry fish)

5000 Gil

Pillow Puffs

Little, airy, fluffy puffs of almost pure sugar, flavored and tinted with color. Definitely not good for your teeth, but a nice little nibble snack.

Room Rentals

To rent just a room for yourself and another guest (or more than one), the price is 200k an hour. Please see below for our available rooms for rent.

#2 Internal Clockwork

A tiny, simplistic living space made inside the middle of the tower, amongst all the machinery and mechanisms. Surprisingly cozy, if you don't mind the noise. There's not much here, but there seems to be a game board, and a cozy bath, and someone left some sake on the counter. For so little space to work with, it seems someone definitely put in effort to make this space livable.

#6 Factory Bedroom

Hidden away in one part of the basement, there is a living space that seems potentially almost abandoned, apart from the shockingly luxurious bath, and a few signs of life, and the lack of dust. It's definitely a space away from prying eyes, though. Maybe a great place for private conversations, or potential business dealings you might not want others to overhear.. Or, just a respite to hide away for a while, from the busy space upstairs..

#8 Ancient Apartment

Does the furniture seem a bit bigger to you here? It should, as this little apartment seems to be modeled after a certain place, that has long since ceased to exist. There are lovely shades of blue though, and the pretty glowing flowers seem to react to your presence. Not to mention, the bed is so big you could probably stretch out entirely and still have room.. Unless you're as tall as the original owner of this place, that is.. But, maybe even then..

#10 The Bunker

Don't be fooled by the apparent windows and skylight, because they are fake. This living space is in fact entirely secure, with concrete walls but also a somewhat luxurious feel for a bunker. This room is hidden behind a false wall, with a sealable door behind that, so it's not somewhere you can stumble into finding easily.

#11 Clocktower Penthouse

Once you take the elevator all the way up, you think you've reached the highest floor you can go.. But then, you might notice a ladder, tucked away against a wall, leading to a trap door in the ceiling. Up the ladder, when you poke your head through the trap door, you will find there is a clearly fancy penthouse apartment, with gigantic windows, and you can see for yalms and yalms from all the way up here. It feels like living here would probably be reserved for only the richest tenants. And yet, you have the option to spend the night here for the same price as every other room? Seems like an amazing deal.

#14 The Lab

Who knows what kinds of potions you might find in here. There's definitely a lot. You can spot some on the table, and more on the side of the bath, and peeking up towards the bed, there's even more up there. Someone has clearly been brewing things, and seems to be in the middle of multiple experiments. Are you brave enough to sip from one of the bottles to find out what happens? There don't seem to be any labels... But maybe they do something fun? Only one way to find out..

#15 The Workshop

The furnace is burning in one corner, and someone clearly left in the middle of building /something/ judging by the state of this place. Still, it's warm, and cozy, and surprisingly not as loud as you'd expect.. A nap here might be nice.. Or maybe something else..

#16 Rainy Studio

Such a modern looking studio apartment almost seems out of place for such a mechanized place, being in a clock tower and all, but someone clearly made an effort to make this place feel fancy and cozy. And the rain outside the three large windows is so soothing you can't help wanting to stay a while...

#17 The bathhouse

Though small, this hidden little bathhouse is clearly meant to handle multiple guests. With three, hot, inviting baths, 4 extra tall showers, and even a cozy couch bed to curl up on, maybe a soak wouldn't be such a bad idea? There's even some oils and herbal remedies tucked in one corner, that might do wonders for your bodies. And something about the water seems almost.. A little bit magical..

#18 The Fight Ring

While not an officially rentable room in the usual sense, considering there's no bed in here, there does seem to be a space allocated for friendly sparring matches. If you find yourself itching to spar with a friend or a stranger, you /could/ ask to borrow the room. Since, there's no fighting allowed in the main venue space.

Our Staff

(Staff page is still WIP and not fully complete. Not all Staff members have been added yet.)

Kurai Shiromaru

Owner/ManagerGender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him
Orientation: Gay/Panromantic
Species: Miqo'te (Keeper)
Conversational Preference: Any/All/Casual
ERP: No
Some Tidbits:
Loyal to a fault, and very kind and friendly but a bit awkward socially. He started with a rough past, and slowly built his life into something better. He's very protective of his friends and family, but also almost always happy to help. He's also almost always fretting about others and making sure they're doing okay, so if you see him wandering around the venue, he's just making sure all his people are well taken care of.

Aki Faelen

Blackjack Dealer / General ManagementGender: male
Pronouns: He/him
Orientation: Bisexual
Species: Miqo'te (Seeker)
ERP: NoTidbits:
Warrior by day, bartender by night, when he's not hunting the nocturnal, you can usually find him behind the bar, trying to make an honest living. Often smelling of alcohol, smoke, and cologne, he remains ever the mystery to his clients, his past undisclosed; he will play the part of the buffoon if it means he can avoid talking about it. He smiles for now, but who knows what really lies beneath the surface...

Coeli Monnawesf

Dancer/WaiterGender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him
Species: Viera (Veena)
Conversational Preference: Any/All/Casual
ERP: No
Some Tidbits:
A chameleon in some sense, he adapts his personality to match those around him. Coeli is very much the "fake it, till you make it" type of guy. Masks his shortcoming with an artifical front of confiedence and dark humor. He was picked out and adopted straight from a dungeon but Kurai and his husband. Been confused since, but nontheless enjoying the love and attention he gets. With those he loves, he is often obnoxious and teases just to get a reaction from them.

Maximus Vonklaude

Host/FloaterGender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him
Orientation: Demisexual/Panromantic (Poly)
Species: Midlander, Hyurr (In Appearance and claim)
Conversational Preference: Any/All/Casual
ERP: Sometimes, If there's mood and Chemistry
Some Tidbits:
Often quite chipper, yet secretive--Maximus hides a whole world of history behind his literal and figurative mask. Being a specialist in aetherology and the histories of dead civilizations such as Allag and Nyhm--he will not hesitate to talk anyone's ear off who were to unfortunately mention those subjects around him. Flirty and fatherly, he often refers to himself as an 'Old Man' and even though is a tad on the sickly side, takes any work given to him very seriously. He does not take kindly to bullying, or folks who do not understand consent and will only remove his mask in the privacy of those whom has earned his trust.

Y'Star Tia

Host/SecurityGender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him
Orientation: Gay
Species: Miqo'te
Conversational Preference: Any and all.
ERP: Yes if in the mood or price suits.
Some tidbits:
A travelling scholar by trade, he's settled a bit down these days. No longer borderline feral he's taken to being more of a housecat these days. People who look closer will find that he's not as chilly as he seems - downright warm and caring to those who've earned it. He might have a little bit of a dark secret or two, but who doesn't?
Services: RP, DancingLikes: Quiet corners, ear rubs, reading into the wee hours

Mikh'a Lanbatal

Host / FlexGender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him
Species: Miqo'te (Keeper of the Moon)
Conversational Preference: Any/All
Erp: Take a shot at it~
Some Tidbits:
Mikh'a is a fun loving and chaotic Miqo'te, often starting lots of hijinks around the bar. He loves meeting new people and creating bonds, often finding himself surrounded by groups of people he likes. He's up for any challenge, although he has to watch himself while on the clock or else Kurai would come storming up...Feel free to give him a poke, a shout, or a "pspspsps" and he'll be sure to come running!

Mezu Vanfhau

Greeter / Bartender / ManagementGender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him
Species: Miqo'te (Keeper)
Conversational Preference: OOC/None
ERP: No
Some Tidbits:
He is normally pretty shy around new people, but he also is very kind so if you do start a conversation with him he may be slow to respond at first, but he will talk with you for small periods of time. He is not available for hosting. He normally works as a greeter, but occasionally may jump in to bartend.

Khaishan Oronir

Head Bartender / Bar Manager / HostGender: Masc nonbinary
Pronouns: He/Any
Orientation: Pansexual
Species: Auri Xaela (anaconda traits)
Conversational Preference: RP heavily preferred, OOC casual accepted
ERP: y e s
Some Tidbits:
Don't mind the big talk and perpetually tired eyes - Khaishan is much gentler than he looks. A reluctant holder of the Echo, he has a unique talent for reading dynamis, and puts it to use to help people feel more at ease. This isn't to say he's particularly smart... his five remaining brain cells can be very selective, and four of them are usually occupied with a constant anxiety spiral. He's always happy to lend the last one to anybody that piques his interest, though - particularly if they happen to have a paycheck set aside for him.

Nautilus Alastor

BartenderGender: male
Pronouns: he/him
Orientation: asexual
Species: lalafell (Plainsfolk)
RP/ERP: yes/noTidbits:
An idiot, basically. He's convinced he has outrun his surprisingly-serious past, and is living his best life. It is uncertain how he got a job as a bartender; he just showed up one day claiming to be subbing for Aki, and has made various appearances since then. Friendly and a little dim-witted; you won't likely be hearing any serious talk from him for a while.

Jynx Nightshade

Host / Dancer / BartenderGender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him
Orientation: Pansexual
Species: Viera (Rava)
Conversational Preference: Any/All/Casual
ERP: Ye
Some Tidbits:
Cheeky, witty and a bit of a tease, this Viera can be a bit of a handful when he wants. Having left Golmore with his sister at a young age, Jynx has travelled through many countries and many hostels. Learning about music and dance anywhere he goes has become a passion throughout all his travels. Now having travelled to Eorzea on his own, he seeks adventure and gil however he can.

---
Hailing from the snowy peaks of the Skatay Range, Angel was his village's little "bluebird of happiness." Having been born a female viera, he was initially promised a life constantly surrounded by love and warmth, yet he just couldn't accept the body that he had grown into. Understanding that their little bluebird wasn't happy themselves, his village sent him out to be trained as a wood warden... but the only thing that awaited him at the meeting place was an empty patch of snow and an impending blizzard. Ever since that day, Angel has completely relied on himself, rarely letting others in on his true thoughts/feelings. However, despite all of the things that have happened to him, he refuses to lose the light in his eyes.Angel is now on a mission to find new meaning in his life . Adaptable, eager to please, and a lover of all things "beautiful" (which is most things), Angel is happy to serve any patron that walks in."Hi, hunny!~ Is there anything I can get you? And if you desire it, I'm always happy to serve up a conversation made just for you 🩷 "
